Returns/Refund Policy
- Change of Mind Returns
Unfortunately, due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our supplement products simply because you have changed your mind. Please chose carefully and ensure that any product you select is suitable for you, based on the guidance of your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
- Other Returns
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Eternal Elixir will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where:
- The product is damaged, or
- The product is faulty, and
- You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Eternal Elixir reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect by you.
Eternal Elixir may choose to return the product to the manufacturer for an assessment of the issue.
Our products are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
- Problems with Delivery or Shipping
Although we take every precaution during the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at info@eternalelixr.com– please contact me for this email to assess the damage and to work out a solution.
You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and/or delivery package to facilitate a prompt resolution.
